89 Nissan D21 Pickup, Light, or Heavy duty shocks?

My 89 Nissan pickup, 2 wheel drive 5 speed needs some new shocks, all the
way around.
I was wondering, if I should replace the shocks with light or heavy duty
shocks? or a combination ..

Light in the front, heavy duty in the back .. or light all the way around,
or heavy all the way around. If I could figure out what the truck was
factory, I'd just do that, but I can't find out...
She's used for hauling crap, and I won't be doing much towing.
