Cool Sputtering Buick Century

Okay...I know this is titled "GM Oldsmobile", but there is no Buick one... so if anyone can help me, I'd greatly appreciate it! Here goes:
I have a 2003 Buick Century that is sputering at stoplights. It feels like it wants to die, but never does. And lately, as I accelerate, like getting on the highway, it feels like it hesitates and then seems to finally "kick in" and go. But even after it "kicks in", it still feels shaky and sputters. My boyfriend changed the spark plugs and wires, the air filter, and I put some fuel system cleaner in the gas tank upon filling up this morning-none of this seemed to help! I really can't afford to take it into the shop and am hoping someone has some advice as to what to try next!!

Do you see a blinking "Check Engine" light? I think that there is something wrong with your engine and that you need to take it to a shop right away to have it checked.
