my integra wont start

i have a 94 integra 4dr and it recently just stoped running. I have since
changed all the fuses under the hood and put a new starter on it and still
nothing. All the dash lights and every thing work untill i turn the swith
then it blows the ignition fuse. Any advice that can be givin is greatly
appreciated.
