Default Take advantage of lower gas prices now!

Gasoline is down to $2.78 and there's a corresponding 20 cent a gallon drop
right across the border in CT.
This REALLY is a good time to buy the Prius you want. This drop in prices
is a good diversion. I bet the crowds are back looking at Hummers

Filled up yesterday in Texas at $2.55. Bush's oil buddies really want
to be your pal before the November elections. Bread and circuses.

Gas Prices are predicted to drop closer to $2/gallon later this year.
Unless a hurricane disrupts the flow, gas prices will continue to drop.
See www.gasbuddy.com for the cheap gas in your area. There is a
$0.20/gal differential between stations here in Cary, NC.

IMHO, I don't think the drop in gas has an impact on hybrid sales. It's
all those stupid consumer articles that state that the higher hybrid
price versus the gas savings doesn't justify the purchase. Saw another
one today in the Sunday Raleigh News and Observer. They just don't
understand that a Yaris doesn't perform like a Prius. Performance in
terms of creature comforts and options that are only available in cars
twice the price. The gas savings is a bonus.

-small carbon footprint kinda guy, thinking about buying my 4th Prius.

FWIW - just got back from Southern California today. The highest price I saw
was $3.699 in Needles and the lowest was $2.699 at a Pilot less than 20
miles east of Needles. Go figure.

Mostly it was about $2.90

Mike

Look for gas prices to stay in the current range or go slightly lower until
after the election this November.

The current range is $2.699 to $3.699? Wonder what it will change to.
