Default Trying to find replacement turn signal assy for 89 cutlass ciera

I need both right and left turn signal assemblies for my 89 cutlass ciera
but I cannot find a direct match on the web based on the original (oem) GM
part number I got from the back of the right turn signal assembly.
I'm looking for oem 16503644 from GM (RH) and the equvalent left turn
assembly.
The only thing I find on the web is 16515748 which looks similar but not
quite exactly the same.
I don't want to buy it if it will not fit correctly.

Does anyone know if there is a parts substitution list for GM parts
anywhere?
Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,
Walter
