Default 1995 nissan pathfinder trouble with head lights

headlights do not come on when switch is in the on position. The only thing
that comes on are the park lights.Checked all fuses and all are
good.Checked bulbs as well and those are fine to.Could it possibly be the
switch itself or maybe an electrical wire inside the switch?

Or a bad relay or both bulbs are burned out.
