Default Need HELP to identify OLD Ford Vehicle PLEASE

My wife and I live in the South of France and have just purchased an OLD ford truck as a little run around in the village we live in. The passenger side brake blead nipple has been sheared off so we need to purchase some spare. The BIG problem is that we are having one hell of a problem identifying the vehicle. If there is anyone out there who could help in any way it would be so appreciated!!

The information we have is

Model: CTTE Ford Camionette (is a flat bed truck)
Type: GTB TFK 1250 (it has FK 1250 on the front bonnet)
Code: 357980 (we think this is the VIN code?)
Manufactured in Germany circa 1960

Many Thanks in advance
