Default 95 lumina overheating

hi all new guy here.i just replaced the head gaskets in my car and now have a bad overheating problem.i have bleed the system properly,replaced the thermostat,water pump and the rad cap.it runs at normal temp until i go for a drive any suggestions?

is it overheating or just building presser up in the coolent system they are known for having cracked heads and if a head is cracked you cold be pushing presser into the cooling system
